Valpolicella is the number one Italian appellation by value. Four styles are produced in this 240sq-km region in the foothills of the Alps, from the following grapes:
1. Corvina
2. Rondinella
3. Corvinone
4. Molinara
The respective blends (with a minimum of 45% Corvina for Valpolicella DOC) produce a variety of possibilities for every palate.
